14 days, money back, for everyone

Every buyer can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, without giving a reason. This applies to consumers and businesses alike, and it applies even after you have downloaded and used agentfenster. Every install also starts with a 14-day trial, so most people know before they pay.

How: write to [email protected] with your order number or the email address you bought with. We confirm within two working days, and Polar, our merchant of record, returns the money to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days. Your licence key is deactivated with the refund; the free tier keeps working.

Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, inform us (Ilse Grabner, St. Martin 20, 9212 Techelsberg am Wörther See, Austria, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending it before the period ends is enough.

Effects of withdrawal: we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

Note on digital content: under Austrian law (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG) the statutory right can end early once the download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. We do not rely on this: the 14-day refund above applies regardless.
