Service Description

agentfenster is commercial, closed-source software for Windows automation. It runs on the customer’s own machine and is licensed by subscription, with a 3-day trial. It is not a hosted service.

Liability Disclaimer

The operator provides agentfenster on an “as-is” basis. The website and Software are provided without warranty. The operator disclaims all liability for damages, data loss, or system failures arising from use of the Software.

Dispute Resolution

Consumers in the EU have the right to access the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) for resolution of e-commerce disputes. However, the operator does not participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms at this time.

Disputes shall be governed by Austrian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts.

Intellectual Property

The agentfenster software, its source code, the website and all associated materials are the property of the operator and are protected by copyright. agentfenster is licensed, not sold; no open-source licence is granted. Use is governed by the Terms of Use.

The agentfenster name, logo, website design and branding remain the property of the operator. Unauthorized use of the branding is prohibited.

agentfenster ships components written by third parties. Those components remain under their own licences, and the notices those licences require are included with the software.

Third-Party Services

The website may link to external services (e.g., payment processors). The operator is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.
