End User License Agreement

0. Who grants this licence

Ilse Grabner, St. Martin 20, 9212 Techelsberg am Wörther See, Austria (“we”). The purchase itself is handled by our merchant of record; see the Terms. Where this agreement and the Terms differ, the Terms apply.

1. What you are installing

agentfenster gives an AI agent its own second Windows desktop, so it can click, type and read a screen while your own desktop stays untouched. It is actively developed software: features change, and it can misclick, misread a screen or fail a task outright. It can reach whatever the agent desktop can reach. Treat it the way you would treat any tool that clicks and types on your behalf.

2. Licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run agentfenster on up to three machines you own or control, for as long as your trial, tester key or paid subscription is valid. The free tier stays usable after that. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app. Decompiling, reverse-engineering or extracting the source from the distributed build is not permitted, except where mandatory law allows it.

3. Warranty and responsibility

We do not promise that the agent completes every task correctly. Your statutory rights as a consumer (warranty under the Austrian VGG, liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury) stay untouched; the details are in the Terms. You are responsible for reviewing what the agent is about to do, especially anything irreversible: buying, sending, deleting, installing. The app asks first by default and shows its measured Windows limits during setup.

4. What is sent off this machine, and what is not

Sent, if the session-report switch is on (on by default, shown during setup, one click to turn off in Settings → Reporting): app version, Windows version, a hashed device id, licence tier and run counters such as steps, duration, tokens and success. The exact list is in the Privacy Policy.

Also sent: your licence key and the hashed device id when you activate a key and about once a month after; a request for the signed update manifest.

Never sent, switch on or off: screenshots, window titles, element trees, text from your screen, typed text, files, or anything from the vault.

Turning the switch off stops reports immediately. Nothing else leaves this machine apart from the AI model endpoint you configured yourself. There is no other telemetry.

5. Termination

Your licence ends if you use the app to break the law, attack systems you do not own, or seriously breach this agreement. Uninstalling stops all data collection; nothing keeps running in the background afterwards.
